MAKE A RESOLUTION FOR
2001 TO DE-STRESS YOUR LIFE
Livonia, MI, September
20, 2000 - Botsford's
Health Development Network introduces brand new stress
management classes to chase away the "blahs"

"Botsford's stress
management program comes at a time when most people are
feeling a lot of pressure, because of holiday

an outlet for relaxation and for briefly removing
yourself from the chaos of that time of year."
Participants can learn to
calm and quiet thoughts in the meditation class, free
energy in the reiki class, use flower essences to
enhance health in the Bach remedies class, or discover
the therapeutic benefits of accupressure.
Classes are held 7-9 p.m.
at Botsford's Health Development Network, located at
39750 Grand River Avenue in Novi, on the following
