Expectations is a seminar for couples who are thinking
of having a baby or are expecting.
The seminar prepares you with information on
getting pregnant, lifestyle changes which come with
parenthood, how to choose a doctor and handling stress.
Guest speakers include a physician and a maternal
child health nurse.
At the event, you will
learn about the very personal care aspects of
pregnancy offered through Botsford General
Hospital. We
feature prenatal and childbirth education program with
detailed information on
birthing methods and proper nutrition; fitness
programs including our water aerobics class;
breastfeeding guidance; a 24-hour telephone hotline for
new parents and a home visit from a Botsford obstetrics
nurse.
The Great Expectation
seminars are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. on
the following dates in 2000:

Cost for the seminar is
$25 per couple or $12.50 per person. A continental
