1972 The South Tower was completed adding 110 hospital beds.
1977 Ambulatory care/professional building was added to the campus.
1981 The Edgewood School was acquired and renovated to become the Allen Zieger D.O. Administration and Education Building.
1982 Community EMS opens in Farmington with 20 employees and 4 ambulances.
1984 Farmington Nursing Home acquired.
1987 Major expansion and renovation opened two specialized patient care units; Rehabilitation and Geropsychiatry.
1987 Opened the South Professional Building and established Botsford Family Services Center in Livonia.
1988 Cardiac Catheterization Lab opened.
1988 Opened Total Rehabilitation and Athletic Conditioning Center (TRACC).
1990 Health Development Network (HDN) relocated to Novi; Botsford Center for Health Improvement established.
1991 Botsford Kidney Center established.
1991 Groundbreaking for first independent living units on Botsford Commons campus.
1993 Community EMS corporate headquarters moved to the current Southfield location.
1993 West Pavilion opened with expanded ambulatory surgery and endoscopy units.
1993 East Pavilion opened with new emergency, surgery and clinical laboratory facilities and helistop.
1996 Botsford Continuing Health Center.
1998 Botsford Assisted Living Center opens on Botsford Commons campus with 68 residential suites.
