Sample Program First Year: January - June six month rotation

January	Stress Echo and EKG
February	Cardiac Catheterization Lab
March	Heart Failure Service
April	Cardiac Catheterization Lab
May	Stress Lab, Echo, EKG
June	Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Sample Program Second Year: Half of the second and third year fellows are rotation at the tertiary institution. Each institution has an independent rotation as defined on previous page.

Three Months	-Cath Lab
One Month	-EKG and Lipid Lab
Two Month	-Stress Echo Lab
One Month	-Heart Failure Service

Sample Program Third Year: The last half of the third year, cardiac fellows are allowed to help develop with the Director of the Fellowship Program, and individual program focusing on their areas of interest in cardiology.
