The Voluntary Benefits Program extends your core Botsford benefits for additional coverage you may need. The program offers you the following advantages:

• It’s easy to qualify for coverage, and you will be
  paying favorable group rates
• You can change coverage whenever you need to
• Even if you leave Botsford, you can continue your coverage

Who Is Eligible
The Voluntary Benefits Program is generally open to full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees and full-time non-benefit eligible employees. Casual employees are not eligible
for Voluntary Benefits.

How to Enroll or Make Coverage Changes
Most locations offer one-on-one meetings with professional Benefits Representatives.
