Application Procedures

The PPMR-12 and PSR-24 residencies require that each applicant apply to the Botsford General Hospital Podiatric Residency through the CASPR application matching system. Botsford General Hospital also participates in the CRIP interview process for the convenience of prospective applicants.

Additional materials that need to be submitted directly to the program include:

1. Completed CASPR application.

2. Three letters of recommendation or Dean's letter.

3. A recent photo (if not with Application).

4. Current curriculum vitae.

5. A $40.00 (forty) dollar application fee. This is non-refundable. Completed applications must be received by November 30th of the appropriate year.

6. All materials should be directed to the following address:

After the applications are complete, a prescreening interview and final interview will be scheduled in the time frame set by CASPR and CRIP.
