Requirement of Candidates:
- The candidate must submit an application in writing.
- Be a graduate of a school/college of osteopathic medicine approved by the AOA.
- Satisfactory completion of an AOA approved internship.
- The candidate shall be licensed in the State of Michigan at the commencement of this residency program and registered with the Federal and State Controlled Substance Bureau.
- Internship positions will be linked to the Residency.
